Red Velvet Cake

Ingradients:

  • 1/2 cups generally useful flour 
  • 1/2 cups sugar 
  • 1 teaspoon preparing pop 
  • 1 teaspoon fine salt 
  • 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder 
  • 1/2 cups vegetable oil 
  • 1 cup buttermilk, at room temperature 
  • 2 huge eggs, at room temperature 
  • 2 tablespoons red food shading
  • 1 teaspoon white refined vinegar 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla concentrate 
  • Cream Cheese Frosting, formula follows 
  • Squashed walnuts, for embellish 
  • 1 pound cream cheddar, mellowed 
  • 4 cups of filtered sugar 
  • 2 sticks unsalted spread (1 cup)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla concentrate

Directions: 

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Lightly oil and flour three 9 by 1 1/2-
inch round cake pans.
